A brief description of the snow and ice removal program, policy, or practice:
Westminster College has built a roof over the bridge that crosses over the stream. The roof's purpose was to reduce the amount of snow and ice that formed on the bridge so that less salt would be needed on the bridge. This preventents salt from getting washed into the stream.
