The Diversity Advisory Team and the College are committed to:
- Maintaining a culture that is conducive to student success for the diverse population it serves.

Western Technical College has an online system in place which student may utilize in reporting discrimination complaints. The online report system will keep individuals identity private. The online reporting tool will also serve as a alternative medium for the individuals who do not want to report an incident face to face with campus security.
