Surveys are sent out and focus groups and lunch-and-learns are held.
Western Technical College partnered with Achieving the Dream to do a large scale focus group about campus climate, diversity, and barriers to student success. Western is also evaluated every eight years by the Wisconsin Technical College's system related to equity and diversity.
