Western has prepared and shared a few Power Point presentations with other local colleges, but mostly the collaboration involves Western's liason to attend meetings at other schools and give input on Western's behalf.

Western Technical College teamed with Viterbo University and University of Wisconsin- La Crosse to screen the documentary Switch. This documentary was screened to help build a baseline understanding of energy for students. Students then can understand of energy conservation will be transformed from polarized to practical.
