We conducted a Campus Climate Survey for Diversity Equity Inclusion using the third party, Culture Journey. That was completed in 2020. We have also conducted the Campus Pride Index in 2021.

A brief description of the most recent assessment findings and how the results are used in shaping policy, programs, and initiatives:
We found a low score in the Campus Pride Index and have been meeting with all constituents on campus to develop ways to improve our score.
The Campus Climate Survey resulted in DEI being brought into shared governance, the development of a Vice President of Inclusivity position, improving campus lighting and the development of security cameras(in RFP stage currently).

Using our campus wide email, these results were deiminated. Additionally, Campus Pride Index is posted on their website.

Our DEII committee was moved into shared governance this past year. In the past two years, they developed theses assessments along with leading the effort for the development of the Vice President of Inclusivity position.
