A brief description of the institution’s indoor air quality program(s) (including information about regular auditing or monitoring, mechanisms for occupants to register complaints, and action plans):
Indoor air quality is monitored by our energy management system program. CO2 sensors for air quality control are installed in all buildings, as well as smoke detectors. We maintain a differential CO2 level between return air and outside air of 400 PPM. Also, maintaining positive building pressure is important. TMA facilitates user response and corrective activity.
