Using WMU's definitions of sustainability and the guidelines presented by STARS in 2014, a team sorted through course descriptions and course syllabi to determine sustainability courses and courses that were sustainability focused or related. In 2018 this list was compiled by being sent to department chairs for verification and input. A listing of active courses was pulled from the registrars office; the inventory was crosschecked to include only these active courses.
