Currently, the lowest paid full-time WKU employee is paid at $12.66/hr (or $24,687 annualized). The associated fringe cost includes both fixed and variable costs. The required employer state retirement contribution is 85.03% with an additional 8.3% variable fringe rates, for a total of 93.3%. Fixed costs total $10,029.
