A brief description of the student sustainability research program:
For the Western Caspian University, research and innovation are the basis of the future based on knowledge, being value generators for the fulfillment of the substantive functions and the process of academic training at all levels, constituting an opportunity to transfer to the community the elements and factors derived from the knowledge that is built. In this sense, research can be the gateway to finding the reason for things and innovation, a way of not only transferring this knowledge but also a way of causing changes and transformations in everyday life, achieving improvements in it.

Objective: Research and generate products on global, regional, and local trends focused on the following thematic axes: internationalization of education, technical-scientific development and innovation, and sustainable development, as well as on the symbolic and cultural characteristics associated with these axes, with them in order to expand knowledge about the realities of the global environment, to contribute to the development of Higher Education Institutions and their environment.
