The problems of efficient use and protection of the biosphere resources, all the natural resources of our planet, as well as the near space, today are the subject of war, peace, food, society and so on. no less important than the problems. Therefore, ecology is at the forefront of science.
Scientific and technological progress as a qualitatively new high stage, of course, brings great benefits to society: it creates conditions for the development of the general livelihood of the population, prevents human, animal and plant diseases by modern methods, prolongs human life, reduces child mortality. However, the development of civilization in society also results in a number of negative environmental events: depletion of natural resources, environmental pollution, declining natural ecosystems due to increased anthropogenic pressure (due to the extinction of many plant and animal species) and degradation of the biosphere. observed and so on. Under the pressure of all these events, sometimes the idea of a global environmental crisis, the possibility of an environmental tragedy arises.
