10,056,029 square feet is the combined total of space that both Facilities Operation and Maintenance teams manage together. There are some WVU buildings that the Maintenance team manages that the Operations team does not. In addition, College Park Apartments are university owned and operated*. WVU is in a public private partnership with American Campus Communities and together they oversee the property. WVU manages all leasing and marketing. ACC handles all maintenance and operations. Both of these examples combined makes up the square footage difference from total floor area of existing building space from PRE-4.
