A brief description of the institution’s wellness and/or employee assistance program(s):
Employee wellness is facilitated through Labor Relations. The Counseling Center offers counseling and referral services. The Office of Wellness Promotion engages students in opportunities to cultivate sustainable skills in health and well-being. Educational programming are provided peer to peer as well as by graduate assistants and full-time staff focusing on a variety of topics. Wellness Coaching 1:1 sessions are available to support students in exploring their health and well-being and establishing and working towards their health and well-being goals. The majority of our programs are available to all currently enrolled students both on campus and through remote modalities, although some programs are for targeted populations. In addition to providing universal programming to campus, we also offer various forms of programming and direct support for folks who fall under the selective and indicated prevention programming umbrella.
