A brief description of how sustainability is included prominently in new student orientation :
New first-year and transfer students were given the opportunity to tour the north campus gardens and the Gordan Natural area during welcome week, however, these were optional programs so I don't believe they can be called prominent. Additionally, an informational video about sustainability is included in our online orientation platform. Completion of the online orientation was optional for first-year students in 2021, but was made available to all students. It will be required for first-year students in 2022.
