In 2019 a new General Education Sustainability Pathway was implemented and, in future years, will provide us with a more effective way to measure these outcomes. For now (February 2020), while there are some programs that explicitly address sustainability learning outcomes (see above in the list of degree programs that require an understanding of the concept of sustainability), they represent a small percentage of all registered WCU students.
For part 2, numbers of graduate students by program were obtained from WCU Institutional Research for 20-21 and minors were obtained from Institutional Research enrollment for 20-21 (https://www.wcupa.edu/viceProvost/institutionalResearch/universityEnrollment.aspx)
