Aramark is WCU's Dining Services contractor and employees approximately 300 people. Sodexo provides housekeeping staff (10 employees) in four residence halls owned and operated by the WCU Foundation / University Student Housing.

For FY 2019, total salary and benefits for WCU's Lowest paid employee or pay grade is $53,097 ($26,523 in Salary and $26,574 in benefits. Note that the total number of employees is 1,907 of which 1,442 are regular full-time employees (all benefits eligible). 16 are regular part time employees (all benefits eligible or paid above $16.60 an hour), 105 are other full time employees (all benefits eligible), and 344 are other part time employees.(308 are benefits eligible or paid above $16.60 an hour and 36 are paid below $16.60 an hour and are not benefits eligible). Therefore, all but 2% of WCU employees receive compensation packages that are above the Chester County PA living wage for a household with 2 adults and 2 children.
