During the previous five years, WCU has completed one major new construction project -- the Business and Public Management Center at 96,090 square feet -- which was designed, built and certified to LEED Gold standards, and two major renovations projects (Anderson, 88,189 sq ft, and Wayne, 92,800 sq ft, Halls) which incorporated energy efficiency and sustainable attributes, but were not formally design and constructed to a single- or multi-attribute green building system of any kind.
