For FY 2018, total salary and benefits for WCU's lowest paid employee or pay grade is $52,274 ($25,878 in salary and $26,396 in benefits).
Note that the total number of employees is 1,913, of which 1,446 are regular full-time employees (all benefits eligible), 19 are regular part-time employees (all benefits eligible or paid above $16.60 an hour), 145 are other full-time employees (all benefits eligible), and 303 are other part-time employees (271 are benefits eligible or paid above $16.60 an hour and 32 are paid below $16.60 an hour and are not benefits eligible). Therefore, all but 1.7% of WCU employees receive compensation packages that are above the Chester County PA living wage for a household with 2 adults and 2 children.
