2005: Fauver undergraduate housing complex, now known as Fauver Apartments and Bennet Hall (42504 sf, LEED Certified)
2007: Usdan University Center (80332 sf, built to LEED standards but not certified)
2009: Allbritton Center (28802 sf, LEED Gold)
2013: Boger Hall (29215 sf, LEED Platinum)
2015: 160 Cross St. (no green certification)
2016: Fisk Hall (15,000 minor renovation, no green certification)
2017: 116 Mt Vernon St. (5135 sf major renovation, no green certification)
