Does the institution have a sustainability plan that meets the criteria for this credit?:
Yes

A brief description of how multiple stakeholder groups were involved in developing the plan:

The Sustainability Advisory Group for Environmental Stewardship (SAGES), a group of faculty, staff, students, and administrators, developed a Review of Environmental Sustainability in 2008, which was later incorporated into the Climate Action Plan. Each of the SAGES subcommittees developed sections of the review, which includes academics and education, energy, water, waste management and recycling, sustainable land use practices, buildings and grounds, transportation, purchasing and consumption, and priorities and next steps for Wesleyan's sustainability programming.

A brief description of the plan’s measurable goals :

Each section of the Review contains a list of achievements, selected near-term goals, and ultimate goals. These goals include "develop and publicize a comprehensive list of courses and co-curricular activities focused on environmental matters," "phase out use of #6 oil over the next 3 years, replacing it with #2 oil, which produces less greenhouse gas," and "decrease the distribution of bottled beverages on campus."

A brief description of how progress in meeting the plan’s goals is measured:

Wesleyan's Climate Action Plan is updated every few years, noting new goals and new achievements. The most recent update occurred in 2012.
