Wesleyan's Motor Vehicle Operations Policy, which applies to all University students, faculty, employees or volunteers in connection with University-related activity; and anyone operating a University owned or leased motor vehicle, states that "drivers must always minimize unnecessary idling of vehicles to minimize pollution and maximize fuel efficiency."
