A list of new construction and major renovation projects that indicates the green building code, policy/guideline, or rating system that applies to each building:

Wentworth has pursued LEED silver equivalent construction practices since 2005, and more than 25% of building square feet meet these standards. Projects completed within the last five years include the Schumman Library and Learning Commons major renovation, and the new construction of the Center for Engineering, Innovation, and Sciences building. Both were built to LEED Silver Equivalent standards, and underwent review by the City of Boston to confirm that they met LEED equivalence for compliance with its Article 37 Green Building Ordinance. In addition, the City requires a checklist to address climate resiliency (beyond LEED).
