A brief description of the time period from which the figures reported above are drawn (i.e. one-year time period or representative sample):
The college placed one bulk paper buy in August 2016. The total above reflects the invoiced amount from the NYS Office of General Services Contract for recycled content white office paper from the approved vendor: Veritiv. At the same time, we also purchased a small quantity of colored office papers, all of which are 30% recycled content paper. We also scanned the annual purchase record from Staples, with whom we have an office supplies contract. The only items coded as "paper" in Staples inventory system were not "office papers", but included only cash register rolls and index cards.
