Career Clothing Exchange
A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome that outlines how credit criteria are met and any positive measurable outcomes associated with the innovation:
The director of the Office of Experiential Learning and Career Services worked with the director of the Center for Sustainability and the Environment to develop a Career Clothing Exchange, to support students with appropriate clothing and footwear to attend job interviews and/or for undertaking internship experiences in office settings. The Career Clothing Exchange was stocked, and continues to be restocked, with donations from faculty and staff members of the institution as well as with appropriate clothing donated by students during the end of each semester move-out collections.
