For purposes of computing building square footage, we are not including college-owned properties in the village that are rented to staff and faculty. We do include two off-campus student housing units: Fairlane Apartments and Mandel House, which is subdivided into student housing. We are not including the so-called Green House or Farm House, which used to be used for student housing but is now used for staff rental housing. We are not including the clubhouse and grounds in use for golf course, which is separately managed.
