Has the institution conducted a survey or other evaluation that allows for anonymous feedback to measure employee satisfaction and engagement during the previous three years?:
Yes

Percentage of employees (staff and faculty) assessed, directly or by representative sample (0-100):
50

A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:

Yes - we did do an anonymous survey for satisfaction of one of our health plans. We also host a number of onsite seminars on retirement and work-life balance and we measure satisfaction for these sessions.

We value ongoing feedback from employees and gather that feedback in a variety of methods including online surveys, as well as paper surveys handed out at the conclusion of an onsite event. We use this feedback to design engaging and meaningful programs for our employees.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):

We use our Faculty Benefits Committee to review any issues raised by evaluations we conduct to gather further insight as we incorporate changes based on feedback received. Additionally, the AVP of HR meets with a committee of administrative council called CPPAC - this committee will often provide feedback and assist with analysis of employee satisfaction results.
