A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation (including how multiple dimensions of sustainability are addressed):
A handout with sustainability guidance is reviewed and given in all new employee folders. The contact information and services of the Sustainability Coordinator are also made readily available to new hires.
On a quarterly basis since Fall of 2018, the Sustainability Director Robert Lamppa gives a 15-30 minute PPT presentation to new hires. He addresses our sustainability programming and covers social. environmental and economic sustainability dimensions. Followed by a Q&A session. See included PPT presentation.
