A brief description of the program, including examples of peer-to-peer outreach activities:
The Office of Sustainability runs a Sustainable Office Certification program for all offices on campus. When an office collectively decides to apply for the certification they select a "Sustainability Champion." The Sustainability Champion receives formal training on sustainable practices and promises to enforce and educate their office on these policies.

A brief description of how the employee educators are selected:
The educators are members of the Office of Sustainability and the Sustainability Champions are selected by their peers from within their office.

A brief description of the formal training that the employee educators receive to prepare them to conduct peer outreach:
During training the educator goes over a list of sustainable office practices with the Sustainability Champion (see here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B3qQ5qdnqCI8Z0VGTFdNWU9FMzg/view). The educator teaches the Sustainability Champion about how to properly execute each practice and why it's important to do so.

A brief description of the financial and/or administrative support the institution provides to the program (e.g. annual budget and/or paid faculty/staff coordination):
The program is run and staffed by the Office of Sustainability.
