The Subcommittee on Proxy Voting (SPV), a subcommittee of the Trustee's Investment Committee, is responsible for the proxy voting policy of Wellesley College and votes on all proxy proposals that are not covered by the policy. In practice, that means that the SPV votes on the vast majority of social and environmental issues.
