Does the institution use recycled content napkins in its dining service operations?:
A brief description of the purchasing behavior:
All of the napkins purchased have 100% recycled content, and they are compostable as well. There are also 100% recycled content, compostable coffee cups, plates, utensils, and cold drink cups used during events and sometimes in the dining halls. These are made from potato and corn starch.
