Tier2-7: Outdoors Program
Does the institution have a wilderness or outdoors program that organizes hiking, backpacking, kayaking, or other outings for students and follows Leave No Trace principles?:
A brief description of the program:
The Wellesley College Outing Club is run and maintained by students who organize several stress-relieving outings throughout the year. Students are able to rent outdoor equipment through the club's collaboration with the campus athletics center. The Outing Club has also been pursing a campus-wide bike-sharing program. This program is also in conjunction with the MIT Outdoors Club.
