A brief description of the enterprise:
El Table is a co-op cafe which encourages sustainable practices. This cafe composts food waste, and encourages usage of reusable mugs for all beverages. It significantly cuts down on trash waste by using reusable dishware and utensils, and offers some foods that are fair trade.
