100

A brief description of the energy management or benchmarking program:
All buildings at Weber State University have natural gas and electric sub-meters. These meters are tied into the Building OS and Lucid Dashboard which report consumption and demand in real time. Consumption and demand for each building are checked weekly by the energy manager and compared to WSU's baseline data. If problems are found, the energy manager addresses that issue immediately through controls or puts in a work order to have the issue addressed by the other shops in facilities if the problem cannot be addressed through controls. WSU has a comprehensive energy plan for its buildings and works to improve the performance of its buildings through upgrades, full building renovations, and building new buildings that are carbon neutral capable. This plan can be found at: https://www.weber.edu/sustainability/esip-plan.html
