Does the institution offer at least one immersive, sustainability-focused educational study program that is one week or more in length?:
Yes

A brief description of the sustainability-focused immersive program(s) offered by the institution, including how each program addresses the social, economic, and environmental dimensions of sustainability:

1) For the past several years, the Geography department, in conjunction with other departments, has offered multi-disciplinary, international service-learning courses with trips to work on various projects (upcoming - Fiji 2019, Uganda 2018, Mozambique 2017, in Peru 2016, Thailand 2015, Mozambique 2014). These courses involve one semester of regular course work (and fund-raising) on the country and issue and project to be addressed and then a summer section (3 weeks or so) in the country building the project, doing educational programs, etc. Each of these projects includes sustainable components (e.g., green building techniques, water capture, food-provision, gardens, etc.). These have run in partnership, recently with the Center for Community Engaged Learning on campus as well (http://www.weber.edu/ccel/global.html).

2) Global Education Opportunity Program
The Global Education Opportunity Program provides engagement opportunities to students, graduates, and faculty who are interested in supporting worldwide human rights. Headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, the GEO Program focuses on research, advocacy, promotion, and protocol through the United Nations.
