Habif Health and Wellness Center offers counseling, health and wellness programs, medical care, and resources for sexual violence. The Health and Wellness center is open to students throughout the year. Annual programs including "Dine with the Dietician", STI Screening days, and fitness center promotions among others that provide wellness reminders to students.

Washington University’s Wellness Connection is an initiative of the Office of Human Resources to promote evidence-based, data-driven wellness programs for benefits-eligible faculty, staff, postdoctoral appointees and clinical fellows. Their goal is to design and deliver wellness initiatives that meet employees where they are, while fostering holistic growth: physically, emotionally, financially, socially and spiritually. The initiative aims to provide ample opportunities for faculty and staff to set high standards for personal health decision-making, promote consistent community support and advocate for public health policies that will be a positive example for our students and our community.
Washington University provides a Work/Life Services and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to all benefits eligible employees and their dependents. This confidential and prepaid benefit is offered as a way to help our employees have access to resources to help resolve issues that may impact their personal lives and their job performance.

Washington University provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to all benefits eligible employees and their dependents. This prepaid benefit is offered as a way to help our employees resolve issues that may impact their personal lives and their job performance. The EAP provides confidential, professional assistance to benefit eligible University employees and their family members to help resolve problems that are affecting their personal life or job performance. The program is managed by People Resources, a nationally known professional consulting firm specializing in EAP services.
