A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome:
In response to the University's bottled water ban and a proposal from students in our school of architecture, the Office of Sustainability has partnered with University Facilities to begin retrofitting our campus drinking fountains with bottle filler units. This project and its communication effort have assisted in garnering further support for the bottled water ban, the use of reusable bottles and a corresponding reduction in waste.
