Through our licensing firm, Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC), we require that all vendors who become licensed for Washington and Lee comply with the Workplace Code of Conduct. This applies to anyone who makes any product with the University’s name, images, or logos. Our contract with them renews annually on the fiscal year, and originally dates to around 2005.
