W&L encourages volunteering through the Live Well program and there are multiple campus programs that foster volunteering by employees and students. We do not, however, have a specific program for encouraging volunteer work during the workday.

Data was gathered for this report through the following:
1. Number of students and service hours for key service groups including the Bonner students and students in service-learning classes were tracked through the tool GivePulse, through which students in these highly focused programs record their activity. This information was provided by associate director of community based learning, Bethany Ozorak.
2. Greek organizations on campus report their service events and hours through the Office of the Dean of Students. Data for this report was provided by Assistant Dean of Students Kyle McCoil.
3. Student organizations were asked to submit information about service events and hours through a form distributed by Director of Student Activities Laura Ulmer.
