If sustainability professional development and training opportunities for staff are made available or supported, provide at least one of the following:
1. Tailored sustainability best practices and training opportunities are available on an "on-call" basis for all offices. Coordination goes through the Director of Sustainability; recent programs include sessions for Information Technology Services staff and University Library employees.
2. Winter and Fall Academy sessions for non-academic staff. These open sessions include broad information about institutional goals as well as practical training on day-to-day activities like planning sustainable events, using the sustainable purchasing guidelines, tracking mileage on expense reporting etc.
3. The university's wellness program, Live Well W&L, is available to all benefit-eligible staff and includes multiple facets of environmental, social, and economic sustainability.
4. The university offers employees the ability to take on-campus courses tuition free.
5. Safe Zone Ally training and certification is offered through the Office of Equity and Inclusion.

3.From a social sustainability perspective, the university supports significant breadth of external training and development related to DEI such as LACRELA and ACS.
W&L also provides free access to LinkedIn Learning, which offers numerous courses on sustainability.
