A brief description of the institution’s wellness and/or employee assistance program(s):

o Students: There are a wide variety of University services available for students through the Health Center and Counseling Services. Furthermore, there are a great amount of student organizations that provide support and resources to the student body, such as Peer Counselors and Lifestyle Information for Everyone (LIFE).

o Staff/Faculty: All benefits eligible employees are invited to participate in a wellness program that includes biometric screenings, an HRA, free wearable fitness trackers, on-site workshops, monthly discounted wellness lunches in the Marketplace, health coaching, ergonomic assessments, and a variety of challenges and programs including smoking cessation. The cost of Weight Watchers at Work and group fitness classes are subsidized at 50% for employees. Employees are provided with up to four free counseling sessions as part of the Employee Assistance Program.
