The Senior Advisor to the President for Strategic Analysis and the University Registrar both agree that we are not at 85% or higher taking into consideration the number of visitors in Law School, non-tenure track PE and library, and other visitors on the undergraduate side. So, at this time we are not pursuing this calculation in more detail.
