A survey was distributed to all employees in a combination of an online and paper format in order to provide a highly accessible format. Ten custom questions were added in order to assess improvement in specific areas of the University. Results were shared with all employees in a Town Hall format by the University Leadership and the University Committee on Inclusiveness and Campus Climate (UCICC).

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:

The University Committee on Inclusiveness and Campus Climate (UCICC) is presented with the data. UCICC reports to the President and is charged to provide guidance to the President and other members of the university as we build a supportive, inclusive and diverse community and create a climate open and welcoming to persons from diverse backgrounds. Data is also used by supervisors and department heads to respond to feedback provided by the reports. A special team within the Human Resources Department is working to develop specialized training programs that target specific groups identified through the campus climate survey.
