Name or title of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome:
Individualized energy dashboards for students

A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome that outlines how credit criteria are met and any positive measurable outcomes associated with the innovation:

Using Lucid Energy Dashboards and submeters on Upper Division Housing, the energy specialists provide apartment/townhouse-specific energy information to residents of those spaces. The energy specialists have created specific dashboards for each of the housing spaces, and shared a link to that information with the students. Lucid says this is an uncommon step in using their software. The energy use is also converted into dollars, so the students can have more of a "real-world" picture of their energy use and costs. https://lucidconnects.com/library/blog/using-modern-energy-management-to-focus-on-efficiency-and-sustainability

This part of the software has been used for contests, as well, which drive education of energy-reducing behaviors. Prizes for the participants included a catered meal and time with therapy dogs. https://columns.wlu.edu/the-power-of-change/
