Explanation: We previously claimed points for this credit based on a vendor being affiliated with the FLA. However we were informed that this is not adequate for this credit, because the institution itself is not a member of FLA.

Through our licensing firm, we require that all vendors who become licensed for Washington and Lee comply with the FLA Code of Conduct. This applies to anyone who makes any product with the University’s name, images, or logos. Our contract with them renews annually on the fiscal year (so last renewal was July 2016), and originally dates to around 2005.
