A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
Prior to the start of the school year, in late summer, all new employees are asked to attend an orientation. The sustainability coordinator provides an overview of the program, and mini-training on recycling at Wartburg. To avoid this lag in communication starting in 2014, new employees will receive an email from the sustainability coordinator and a brochure about campus waste management.
