Exit Surveys are emailed to departing employees to evaluate their time at the College and their reason for departure.
A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
Once there are sufficient responses to indicate any concern, the information will be shared with the appropriate Cabinet (College leadership team) member who will decide if the direct supervisor should receive the information. If patterns emerge, the appropriate supervisor, in partnership with HR, will explore improvements.The Title IX office may conduct climate surveys so the HR director will recommend contacting them directly.
