Data for this report was provided by the Director of Human Resources and the CFO. In response to the STARS review process, the Living Wage was adjusted and the Director of Human Resources has confirmed that with this higher wage, 100% of employees make a living wage (with benefits included). The Sodexo Manager has also confirmed that with this adjusted wage, 100% of his staff make this living wage.
