A brief description of the institution’s community garden:
Our Community Garden plots are not in as much demand as they were before we implemented our CSA program, supplying produce, by membership, to community members. Last year, 72 subscribers participated in our CSA program. Seven families used garden plots in the Community Garden, 2 plots were used by academic classes for research, and 1 plot was used by a student for their Natural Science Capstone Research.
