Civic Identity Framework
A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome that outlines how credit criteria are met and any positive measurable outcomes associated with the innovation:
Civic Identity is an innovative framework that integrates learning at Warren Wilson, from its unique curriculum of liberal arts academics, work and community engagement/service, into overarching civic identity outcomes. The College has been honing this model for three years, integrating the outcomes from the broad and applied learning gained through the curricular components into overarching and imperative outcomes that truly prepare a citizen - our graduates - for effective participation in securing a just, equitable and sustainable world. A detailed description of this model is attached to this form.
