A brief description of the institution’s third party certified land holdings:

Warren Wilson's 1,050 acre campus is managed for sustainable practices through our Landscaping, Farm, Garden and Forestry crews. Principles of management lend themselves to the support of certifications such as the ones we currently hold. We are recognized as a Tree Campus USA, Natonal Wildlife Federation Certified Wildlife Habitat, and Bee Campus USA.
In addition, we are also recognized with the following certifications:
Native Plant Sanctuary (of the Native Plant Trust) and
Monarch Waystation (of the Monarch Watch Monarch Waystation Program).
