AASHE STARS faculty survey was distributed to all faculty; Division Chairs reviewed the input and contacted faculty who had not responded; faculty cv's were cross-referenced; and Academic Affairs was consulted. AASHE's definitions were used as described in the STARS faculty survey template. Faculty self-reported the alignment.
